As Principal of ALM Design, I was the sole contributor providing a wide range of design services to a variety of organizations ranging from marketing to brand and product design for clients ranging from large consultancies to mid and small-sized businesses.
YAO is Chinese for “medicine.” For more than a decade, I partnered with the clinic’s founders, practitioners of comprehensive Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), to build their design strategy and experience ecosystem. This work helped scale the business from a two-room, two-person practice into a full-service TCM clinic, pharmacy, and online store.
