For the past few years, I have been a UX Designer for Amazon. During this time I have contributed to the prioritization of Consumer Electronics 3 Year Plans, while also designing for various customer experiences and features. A primary focus has been Amazon's Renewed program, where customers can discover and confidently save on brands they love, while reducing their environmental footprint.
Work began as an exploration of career management tools and landed with a complete pivot to a marketplace where candidates and recruiters have more control over their privacy.
The Employer experience had been overlooked for some time and in dire need of an overhaul. From lead generation to hiring the right candidate, we improved the value of the experience end to end.

Our ideas and ultimate solution for Dice Workforce Intelligence (WFI) for Employers design sprint focused on building a insights platform makes the data actionable by the user and allows for real-time exploration. To achieve this goal, we focused on:

For over a year I worked with Willis Towers Watsons' Product team to provide UXD services that helped create their self-service Compensation Survey software proof of concept.
YAO, Chinese for medicine
As Principal of ALM Design, we provided a wide range of design services to a variety of organizations ranging from marketing to brand and product design.
YAO Clinic was our primary client between 1998-2016. During that time, we created the YAO company brand, YAO product packaging and instruction, all digital media, and print marketing. ALM Design helped them grow their business from a two-room, two-person operation to a full-service Traditional Chinese Medicine clinic, pharmacy, and online store.
